CGDC and the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan Sign a Memorandum of Cooperation

During their visit to Kazakhstan, President Stoyanov and Secretary General Stantchev had a working meeting with an official delegation, headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan – Mr. Eraly L. Tugzhanov. The parties signed a bilateral memorandum of cooperation on strengthening peace and mutual understanding. Some of the major points covered by the Memorandum are:
* Joint implementation of policies promoting interethnic and interreligious tolerance and understanding
* Supporting democracy and favorable business environment based on ethical values, such as trust, fairness, responsibility, transparency and accountability
* Encouraging consideration for human rights, freedoms and dignity
* Business and political networking support on regional and global level
