CGDC Vice Presidents at the International Leadership Conference ”Europe and Russia - Partners in a Globalized World"

Dr. Werner Fasslabend and Dr. Walter Schwimmer took part in the European Leadership Conference “Europe and Russia – Partners in a Globalized World”, which was held on October 12 – 13, 2012 in Vienna. The forum was organized by The Universal Peace Federation – UPF in cooperation with the Women’s Federation for World Peace and the Academic Council on the United Nations Systems – ACUNS.

The sessions covered a wide variety of topics ranging from Europe – Russia partnership in a globalized world, the European dream and multi-ethnic Russia, to cultural plurality and education for global citizenship. The CGDC Vice Presidents participated actively, expressing their opinions and making statements on a number of issues concerning the future of the Europe – Russia cooperation.
