Center for Global Dialogue and Cooperation – CGDC promotes global dialogue to encourage stability and economic development on the basis of ethical principles.
_
We are proud to announce our Official Launch and 1st CGDC Annual Meeting on Friday, 20th and Saturday, 21st May 2011.

Our Vision
Ethical values in business and politics are essential for sustainable and stable global welfare. The worldwide financial and economic crisis has clearly revealed that there is a pressing need for global action. We are convinced that serious dialogue between politicians and businessmen must be encouraged; the consideration of ethical values and virtues like honesty, credibility, responsibility, transparency and mutual trust in both business and politics count among the most important factors in initiating a sustainable change. Our global movement seeks to concentrate on supporting emerging countries to assist them in becoming more efficient, capable and stable partners in Europe and worldwide.

President Bill Clinton initiated a dialogue between different cultures, religions, parties and people in the Western Balkan region a decade ago. CGDC further strives to encourage this dialogue in the Western Balkans as well as on a global basis. As a result, CGDC made a “Commitment to Action” at the Clinton Global Initiative 2010.

Official Launch and 1st CGDC Annual Meeting
On the 20th and 21st of May, great personalities and visionary minds – heads of state, business people, and entrepreneurs – will discuss issues facing the Western Balkan region. Participation in this Official Launch and 1st CGDC Annual Meeting is by invitation only and limited to 200 people. CGDC wishes that the participants leave our venue in Vienna with frameworks applicable elsewhere in the world.
